(3632) Left the car at the entrance to Rushpool Hall. Short walk back to the start of the PRoW on Saltburn Lane and then followed that down to the block. Hedge all a bit overgrown so had to clear a section and then get down on hands and knees amongst the nettles. But CJOs measurements was spot on and saved a lot of hassle. Bucket still present, though that was half buried and soil filled. And promptly broke into pieces whilst excavating it. Block also required digging out but all told this one passed off fine. Bucket fragments left on top.

Well done to CJO for finding this one! Hedge overgrown, no sign of bucket.

Astonishing find by CJO, easily found now even in summer as hole in hedge still evident. Marker is small square section rod as ted says, in front left hand corner of block.

Accessible from the footpath on W side of hedge. CJO's bucket was an essential clue for this; wouldn't have found it otherwise. Deeply buried in the hedge. The mark looked to me like a square-sectioned rod.

NZ42 T314 BLOCK. A small rivet rather than a bolt. 11.5M north of a 6X2 fencepost at the break in hedge to next field (gateway). In exact centre line of hedge 70cm from old iron rail fence, Buried 30cm deep. This took some extraction as the hedge is hawthorn, ivy and brambles. The ground is waterlogged with the hole rapidly filling with water as we dug. Fortunalty a good GPS position made the effort worthwhile. The block has been marked with an upturned bucket found in the hedge.
