From the E, up through cemetery, then on to Week Down. On the edge of the mown area of the golf course, although GPS indicating it could be a metre or 2 into the bramble. Probed approx 4m along the boundary line and a foot into the mown area. Nothing found.

GPS put it 1-2m into grass, spent 10 golfer-free mins probing but no luck. From E, plenty parking

SU31 T257 BLOCK. Now in the Ventnor golf course. Took footpath up from behind cemetery. Good views.

Rew Down Bed rock very close to surface at GPS location - between two tees on golf course.
