Tricky one to search for in high season as static caravan park is occupied. After parking in Lidl (or was it Aldi?) car park to the SE, used PRoW's through holiday park to access N side of hedgerow, at lower side of the raised ground. Not possible from here to get close enough to search for the block, so relocated to the S side, but very close to an occuplied van... at which point the search was abandoned.

From NE, Whitecross Av via RoW then field edge. Hedgebank, location has been raised by 3m to create level ground for caravans. If after 1949, block is likely gone, but if before 1990 the OS should have recorded it as destroyed. Cleared some brambles and probed soft ground, not great GPS accuracy, no luck. Continued to Whitecross SB, also not found

Can access the site quite easily from the bridleway, but I was unable to find the block within the brambles.
