Chatted with farmer, he was aware of the block, remembers OS men surveying from it "2 or 3 times". He couldn't remember which side of the fence line it was though. Happy for me to go take a look. There's a new access track for the single wind turbine, that runs due north from NY 0578 0016 to the block location.
