No flagstaff visible and presumed destroyed. Rivet assumed to be on roof and hence inaccessible. Update - 31 October 2022 - apparently Mellish Court will be demolished soon as post Grenfell Tower improvements are too expensive. https://www.miltonkeynes.co.uk/news/people/two-massive-tower-blocks-of-flats-in-milton-keynes-will-be-razed-to-the-ground-in-next-few-weeks-3900032
