Inaccessible on top of AA building

Mast in place on top of the smaller (service?) tower. Disc assumed to be at the top of the tower and inaccessible. Observed initially when driving past on the A339 and then got a photo through the rain from a town centre car park.

TP21557 The mast can be seen on the left (northern) side of the tower.
