No trace. As noted by others, presumably lost to sea wall rebuild. OS say Destroyed 08/64 and 10/66, locations approx 1m apart. Opposite parking area

OS records this destroyed August 1964, but seems they replaced it with another spider and renamed it East Cowes - which itself is recorded as destroyed just 2 years later. No evidence in the sea wall of an installation, so presumably a new sea wall.

Went to look for this as it was near the car park we used when visiting Cowes. The sea wall looks comparatively new (concrete, rather than the brick used further south), so presumably the trig point was destroyed when the wall was rebuilt. I've been unable to establish when this happened.
