Circular afternoon walk from car park north of New Tolsta via Traigh Mhor (beach) & Tolsta Head. After a few minutes of searching we found the rivet. 63 paces NNW from wooden marker point on some slightly higher ground. Removed some moss.

Now I know these buried blocks aren't buried I might try and find a few more. Nice location this one.

visible, just a little moss in long grass and amazingly exactly at the given GR. My first buried block, guided by Rob, let's hope they are all this easy!

1" domed bolt in 13x13" concrete block, partially exposed on the peat-based grassy headland to the E of Tolstadh. Nothing to reference it to. GPS zeroed in at a point 7m NNW so a lucky spot.
