(356) Viewed from the road on this occasion. Also wouldn't mind visiting the nearby Metheringham Airfield Visitor Centre, but that had closed for the year (Open from March to October). One to revisit then.

Water tower is in a aero museum, but is visible from the main road. Metal-type.

Station TF05/020, bolt, computed to 2nd order in 1950 and maintained in 1980. The water tower is easy to see from the B1189 but I took the opportunity to visit Metheringham airfield visitor centre and whilst there strolled north to see the tower more closely. The tower is not part of the visitor area and I encountered the farmer driving along the track past the tower, but he was OK about it.
