OS lists Bolt and Centre as components: former not investigated - no access; latter looks good. Hopped the roadside gate (from where access to the covered resr compound for the trig pillar is easier and more covert).

I looked at this water tower before seeing if I could spot the nearby pillar. (I didn't look for an actual bolt).
