Easy to find once you figure out which BT manhole cover to measure from as there are two of them on that side of the road, you need the Southern one. A large bolt with cut mark soon found in the sandy soil, mad speeding drivers on the very busy road.

(357) Unable to find. The road has been recently resurfaced, and the grass verge looks to be narrower now as well, though I couldn't say whether this has affected the block in anyway. REVIST: 31.8.18 With better tools, this one was soon found. Impressively large bolt and arrow mark. About 2/3 inches deep.

Large bolt/block. Easily located from CJO's directions by pacing the distance from the BT cover. Road much too busy.

At the top of the bank adjacent to the road. A large footprint concrete block with a 2" bolt in top and a CBM in the concrete. About 2-3" down. Easy find. It is located 23m north of BT inspection cover (on the same side of the road) and 1m from the tarmac edge on the east side of the road. TP14830 easily visible across the adjacent field from here.

Couldn't find it rather overstates the effort I made at this one. I walked the road verge to the location shown on my sat nav but did not do any poking around in the ground as the roadside ditch was deep in grass, and the east side of the ditch is now the line of a hedge. This block was dual purpose, also listed with a bench mark at 0.2m below ground and is shown on Old Maps 1973-8 1:2500 but not clearly enough to see which side of the ditch it was on.

Location? Ditch and hedge east side of B1189.
