Easy to find roadside bolt. There's a digger at work in the adjacent field, so uncertain for the long term outlook.

Thought I'd nab this one while I was in the area. Bolt set into the cement of a manhole cover. Usual dome.

Armed with spade the bolt was quickly unearthed and bagged then left exposed.

Still exists under the turf. Not planning to make a habit of bagging non pillar markers - apart from levelling NPFBs. Turf reinstated.

Beautiful part of the countryside, ear plug next to bolt to guage size. Any excuse to tear around the countryside on my bike!

Bike earplug gives idea of the size! Funny brass ball in the side of the road? Well, it was a good excuse to take the bike out.
