Pulled in by a mast just south of the field, couldn’t quite see pillar from there and as someone was already parked there moved on to north about fifty metres. Then spotted pillar to east in the field. Pulled bike over on roadside, up low embankment and under barbed wire fence. About 100 metres into grass field. Overlooked by property to north about 200 metres away. Limited views. Spider and cap in place. Incidentally, spelled with two words on OS map. Constant drum of traffic from M1 about 750 metres to west although not visible.
