Trig point long gone but interesting to look at the local contouring and imagine where it might have been.
The trig point would have been to the far right of the picture in the mid-ground. Between the railway line and the buildings just off picture.©wandern

Working in Molesey and staying in Twickenham overnight. Dark, so picked this one. Had a walk around, over the rail bridge but of course nothing here now. Interesting to learn about the old OS office and its relocation from Southampton to here for a while. Not here now, modern units are here. Extra point for historical interest.
Chessington OS Office Did some research and found this old photo of the Chessington OS office. No trig visible.

Modern warehouse building is now on the site.
TP7860 View between the railway line and the modern warehouse. The trig pillar was positioned where the back edge of the warehouse is now located.

Back of Service Graphics, modern building. Not listed in OSGB36 set, possibly bearing out the demo pillar theory

Had a look along top of railway embankment behind industrial buildings but no evidence of anything O.S. related.

There is some speculation this may have been a demo pillar when this was OS HQ between 1943 (when it was bombed out of Southampton) and 1969 (when it finally moved back there). Whatever, nothing in evidence now - a business park.

Nothing here now except an industrial estate - OS office long gone
