Pillar very easy to find right in middle of crop field - in GC and in a pretty spectacular location - really enjoyed visiting this one.

Rocco on TP0930 - S7033 Pillar in GC very easy to find - comes under auchlinn - but on Map it shows Walkerhill just beside Walkerhill Farm.

Pillar in good condition. There are metal hoops in either side implying that this pillar once supported the boundary fence, the fourth Aberdeenshire pillar to be found like that! Spider plugged with asphalt the then sealed around circumference with cement which is breaking up. Flush bracket faces northwest. LHS sighting hole open, front part poked open, others plugged. On the boundary line of two arable fields. Views to Hill of Brackans, Hill of Tillymorgan, Foudland Hill, Knock, Stonieley, Bin Of Cullen and Hill of Foulzie.
