Would have been where the boundary fence for Seagull Cottage now stands. Spoke with the owner of 32 years, a retired engineer who had carried out triangulations so knew what I was looking for. Boundary fence was 1m nearer the road when he bought. Never seen the OS surveying, never seen a bolt and there's nothing much left that it could be attached to. Have to conclude this has probably been lost. ***17 Apr 2023 update. OS Sketch puts this on the other side of the track from the house, so may well be extant. ***Revisited 2 May 2023. Couldn't find a single reference point in the sketch that was extant, and new properties on SE side of the road has obliterated the grassy track.

I found an area of made garden - no sign of a Bolt. I suspect it is either gone or buried.
