Large swanky new build office complex occupies the site since 1996. The former hotel burned down in 1988 during the course of its demolitionafter a decline in the tourist industry.

Original building has been replaced with "Skania House".. the bolt's gone the way of the Isle of Man Tiger. ;-)

The hotel is no more, a modern building stands on its site. No sign of the bolt in the surrounding pavements. It could of been on Manx Electric Railway property which over the years might of been removed during maintenance.
