I like St Winfrid's which seems to me to be an unusual building. Built in 1937, within it is strikingly bright, the galleries each lit by three big round-headed windows, and plenty of small attractive ones. The interior always appears grand in scale with an engaging space. Externally, it's of red brick with a saddleback roof, and tower (the lightning conductor just visible). On way to the nearby Testwood Stadium to watch Totton 0-4 Salisbury in a non-league match of high quality.
