Very wet hillside just above the Dundonnell road. GPS took me to a flat slab of rock surrounded by peat/heather not far below a newish electricity pole. The whole place was swimming with water. A visual search revealed nothing. There was an obvious grove in the rock covered in mud and although I didn't fancy it, I plunged my fingers in and very quickly touched the bolt. A bit of drainage work had it exposed in no time. Usual brass bolt with a dimple. Nice views over Little Loch Broom. With CJ.

Flat smooth rock slab above a rise seems obvious location. Was covered with water and sloppy mud which I cleared as best I could with trowel, but no sign of bolt. Fading light and GPS battery failed so I abandoned the search.
