Lots of rocks about so don't know why a bolt wasn't used. Actually some good views. Revisited 09/09/2022, with OS plan obtained by jonglew. It did not help. Could not find rock with arrow. Power Poles replaced and position possibly moved. However at the high point on track I dug down and found what is possibly the remains of the block.
