Low security gates allowed easy access. Bolt installed on a low pump house bldg atop a low covered reservoir. Roof access easy, but no Bolt due to roof being re-felted. There were plently of bumps so quite possible it remains hidden. There is a low Vent at centre of the building, but would need to be sighting from some height to see it over the bldg's parapet, unless it's been replaced over the years and original was higher. Possible witness rivet located on top surface of the concrete retaining wall to LHD side of the entrance door.
