Flagstaff visible but bolt inaccessible on the top of St Cross chapel

Flagstaff visible. Centre still in place. Bolt assumed to be at the top of the tower and hence inaccessible.

The Chapel of St Cross is a Grade I listed building. Founded 1136 the chapel is 12-13thC. OS lists Bolt, Centre and Flagstaff as components, all were installed atop the central tower - which is not shown in my photo or Trigger's (we both show the entrance to the hospital). There are 7pm tower tours at a pricey £20 on 2, 16 & 30 Sep 2016, after that need to e-mail them. There is a 1GL Bolt on the chapel which the porter took me round to visit - but forgot to get a photo of the chapel tower and flagstaff, which I am reasonaly sure is extant.
