Horsea Island inaccessible so went for the closest point as the crow flies on the sea wall to the east

obvious knoll covered in dense thorny scrub which I didn't attempt to enter. Block should be present. Tip is now a landscaped landfill, the new artificial summit of Horsea Island. The only os spot height found isn't the block but an apparently arbitrary 3m point in a level area inside the MoD fence. Tip will presumably become part of the country park but is still being vented at present. Accessible from SW, retail park
