Frustrating not to find this. Gate at turning off the road opened automatically. Drove down to the cottages. An old chap answered who knew 'exactly' where the block was as he remembered the OS surveying from it '20 years ago' and he was more than happy for me to search for it. Have to say his memory was quite good as it matched the location on my GPS. Only problem was, despite probing the ground in a box search pattern for half an hour or so, nothing was found and I had to leave empty handed. Better luck with my next one - Wootton.
