Thought this might be an easy bag... but not so. Massive site being developed for residential housing. I found a way through the heras fencing at SU 7964 5298 after following it round on the outside and went to the given GR across the development, the PRoW obviously no longer exists. It's difficult to say for sure but it seems the whole area has been scraped. There's no sign of the little tree and the ground is level over a large area, no humpy bumpy bits near the trig as seen in previous loggers' photos, also mounds of earth 40m or so S suggesting a scrape. The diggers can be seen in background of my photo. Pretty sure this one's been lost.
