Built 1897 as The West Sussex County Lunatic Asylum. NHS vacated the site 2009; currently in process of redevelopment as a carbon-neutral community called Graylingwell Park. Water tower and one admin block are only remaining original buildings. No Flagstaff, and no access for the Bolt.
