Drove to Church village,parked in junction, walked along footbath, towards mast.Had to jump through tree as there was a barbed wire fence! All good fun. Trig in a hedge. Lovely views!

Parked in the junction of the two lanes and walked up through a very wet and boggy field. Pillar tucked in a hedge but easy to find.

2/2 from free car park in Llantrisant via Davidstown. Walked up along PROW into trig field, then up to boundary of mast compound to find trig in hedge surrounded by gorse, but can see FB and pillar as gap in hedge. Trig is in good condition with spider and FB intact.

Short circular walk from Crown Inn, Llantwit Fardre, anticlockwise, on track/FP behind houses then FP through field of rough pasture with no obstacles to reaching pillar in hedge at high point, continued on narrow tarmac lane back to Inn.

Easy access from the road across a very boggy field adjoining some paddocks. Trig is near to the masts . Nice views across Church Village and the Garth Mountains.

Parking at road junction to W. Boggy field to cross on RoW, then a divert up to and past comms mast. Pillar sits in a gap in gorse field boundary. Top cap missing, no plug; all sight holes open. One top corner has been neatly 'shaved' off but otherwise all OK. Good 360deg views, if misty. Final Mid Glamorgan pillar.

local roads are very narrow so parking is limited opted for the side of the road junction near the Footpath then a soggy and dark climb up to the top

There I was trying to get back to Cardiff from bagging Mynydd y Glyn when I happened to look at my map and see there was another trig nearby! Access fairly easy though the nearby footpath is not marked. Up the slopw past the horses and then the cattle. The most frightening things were the dogs in the house near where I parked but there were not the fence vaulting types.
