Just room for one or two cars , Just a short up hill walk through masses of Bluebells, campions and other assorted spring flowers. There is even an enchanted pool near the top of the path. They say that those who hold the high ground hold the advantage. The path comes out on to multiple ditches and banks. A fantastic achievement without a JCB. This place has quite an atmosphere one can let ones imagination run riot. Look out for the very obvious strip lynchets on the oppersite hill. Oh and by the way someones put a small concete pillar right at the highest point. Shipton Gorge is named after the De Gorge family not a piece of geology.
