My fifth visit, again short and simple route from the end of the lane but extended the walk N across Bewick Moor to the very special place that is the Cateran Hole, 4.5 miles there & back. Worth it! ~~ 15/09/21 Fourth visit, again at twilight to catch the sunset. Short and direct route up from Eglingham. Glorious skies tonight. ~~ 05/08/20 My third visit, third different route - this time parked at West Ditchburn and followed PROW NW towards Hagdon then cutting S down to the TP, then completing a circular route back to the car via Eglinghammoor. I'm liking this TP more and more with each visit. Lovely views at sunset tonight.
