A pretty wet and miserable (weather-wise) day. Bagged this from New Cwmceste Farm, then onto Colva Hill. Pillar found in good condition in a sea of heather. Original top cap retained, lightly indented lettering; all sight holes open. A rain-sodden 360deg panorama. Duff Gordon family (Gordon's Gin) own these moors and intention is to re-introduce grouse, possible access issues in the future?

Parked up on the sharp corner on the 481 just S of the Forest Inn then followed tracks all the way to the trig last pull being a bit overgrown. Trig fully intact with good if cloudy views
