Finally got round to this one great little walk to a very good view. Sadly the trig and now the cairn has been destroyed and a couple of signs have now been added on the gate leading to the summit.

Visited location out of respect. Obvious spot with great all round views. Think farmer definitely does not want a trig here as even the cairn /stones have been removed 😢

Small pile of stones but definitely no pillar. Visited from Offa's Dyke. No official path but locals go to summit, so I followed them.

Moel Maenefa, HuMP. Via Offas Dyke to SE, parking for 2-3 cars, super 360 degree views from summit; dry, clear but cloudy.

Was in the area to do the nearby 'new' Marilyn - Mynydd y Cwm. Trig has vanished! Just a few stones remain.

Almost a 'perched' pillar this one, as the base has been so eroded by the sheep. There are traces of paint on all faces. The plug has an asphalt replacement. All sightholes open. More great views on an icy cold day!

Followed Offa's Dyke for a bit from near spot height 251 and then headed across the fields. Base quite eroded. Tarmac plug.
