My Fathers Day treat to go out with 80% of family +dog up Warton Crag- an all time favourite. If the pillar's location matched the airiness and elevated views of Morecambe Bay that you get from The Perched Blocks it would be a 10 from me. Warton Crag has a myriad of paths through the undergrowth and along the limestone terraces; a wonderful place. But in the height of summer's greenery the pillar is boxed in and an anti climax. So it's back to The Perched Blocks with a bar of Bourneville, and warm sunshine.Happy days!
