Someone however has installed a temporary stile and cut the top wire of the fence allowing access along the original footpath line.

Second of two trigs on way to see an old school mate. Easy to park up if needed on triangular grass patch at road junction, go through the stile and cross the field to find the trig in the neatly trimmed hawthorn hedge. Field was full of sheep and lambs grazing away at the time. NW view was of some sort of land reclamation. No time to visit Killisick Lane trig just half a km W of this unfortunately.
